Umeshu, Amami Oshima
A very rare, Kokuto Shochu-based Umeshu. Handmade by macerating plums from Kyushu in Amami Kokuto Shochu for 2 years to extract essences from the flesh and seeds. Fine aroma of plums and muscovado with hints of marzipan. It can be used for cocktails, as pairing with desserts and as a digestif.
